Job Context
The primary responsibility
of this role is to ensure the business outcomes are in harmony with the
organization`s strategic goals. This role will review business progress,
evaluate and monitors functional heads with direction of Business Unit
Head and also work collaboratively with the respective departments of
the organization to monitor its business objectives and goals
Job Description / Responsibility
- Assist and organize Business Unit Head in driving business performance and embedding a customer centric culture
- Conduct Business Review and follow with a clear view on key business progress and area to be improved
- Maintain Business Unit Head's schedule and calendar to effectively plan meetings and travel

the decisions during a meeting and make working sense of the decisions
taken in the meeting to follow up on it accordingly
- Maintain liaison with relevant stakeholders both internal and external for setting meetings and the likes
- Follow up Business Unit Head's correspondences, approvals, decisions and other important activities
- Open, read, route, and distribute incoming mail and other material and follow up to answers to incoming mails

4 years Graduation or Masters in any discipline from a reputed university
